Advance Payment Refund

We require a ₹2000 advance payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment and dispatch our vetted professionals.

  • Service Unavailability In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your service request due to scheduling conflicts, staff emergencies, or other unforeseen operational issues, your entire advance payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 48 hours.
  • Customer Cancellation Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Late Cancellation Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee deducted from the advance.
